We did just update boost to 1.59.0, and rebuild encfs because of that. Did the problem occur with the previous versions of boost and encfs?

Maybe updating encfs would help.

    55This bug easy to reproduce. Just create encfs folder and clone a source tree into it. You will get a few errros, then removing a folder cause another on encfs space.
