mysql.mirror.rafal.ca doesn't exist anymore

Description
And they have, rather stupidly, pointed the DNS entry to 127.0.0.1 instead of just removing it. This makes it impossible to build mysql55 on a machine with a web server running.

Confirming. mysql.mirror.rafal.ca is now a CNAME for discontinued.mirror.rafal.ca, which points (indeed stupidly) to 127.0.0.1.
While waiting for this patch to be checked in, you may add this host to your blacklist in macports.conf, like so:
host_blacklist mysql.mirror.rafal.ca

Updated patch. Also removes other broken mirrors (there were quite a few), and added new mirrors from the official list on dev.mysql.com.
