This doesn't work if /opt/local/bin/perl is not perl5.22 - something needs another patch
checking for perl... /opt/local/bin/perl configure: error: XML::Parser perl module is required for intltool
/opt/local/bin/perl@ -> perl5.16

You can close this ticket. Because perl version was update to version 5.24 with the ticket #55208.
