This makes the current openssl build again on linux.

I don't like how this affects readability just for the sake of supporting Linux, which is unsupported. This should use a platform linux {} block instead, applying the necessary changes with -append and -delete.

I agree. Additionally, the patch is now outdated because I added a patchfile.
