self update failed - failed to verify signature for MacPorts source!

Today I cannot update MacPort base I run MacPorts under El Capitan

$ port version Version: 2.3.4

$ sudo port -v selfupdate Password: ---> Updating MacPorts base sources using rsync receiving file list ... done
