[tesseract] update to version 3.04

Description
This patch switches the download location from google-code to github and updates the port to the current 3.04 version.

Hello, I managed to get 3.02 running but I really need 3.03, will there be an update for that as well?
How do I use the diff file? I am a newbie on Unix so I can not do much without instructions. Should I uninstall 3.02 first and if so how do I do? P.O.
