Darwin 15 binaries are not available for any port yet; see #48609.
Reading the log you attached, the problem does not sound Darwin 15-specific. However, binaries were successfully built for Darwin 14 and earlier back in May. So either it is Darwin 15-specific, or else something has changed in the MacPorts python world to make this now fail to build on all systems.

Reading the log you attached, the problem does not sound Darwin 15-specific. However, binaries were successfully built for Darwin 14 and earlier back in May. So either it is Darwin 15-specific, or else something has changed in the MacPorts python world to make this now fail to build on all systems.

I am assuming you figured out whatever the problem was. I can't reproduce it.
