Installation of texlive-bin is needed as a dependency of pdfjam but:

Error: org.macports.build for port texlive-bin returned: command execution failed

Duplicate of #48490. Remove /usr/local/lib/libmpfr.a and anything else you've installed in /usr/local. See wiki:FAQ#usrlocal.
