Description
I am trying to install the phylogenetic tree software program "are" following the instructions here : http://vc.arb-home.de/readonly/trunk/arb_OS_X_MacPorts.txt. At some point it told me to install org-libXt +flat_namespace, which I did using "Xcode-select --install". It then started unpacking additional dependencies of ARB but was still unable to complete everything. I have attached the entire bash window (if that is the right term for that) to see what happened as well as the log file.
I have limited programming experience, but I hope that you can help me with this issue.

I've removed your 26MB log file and replaced it with a 353K compressed version. In the future, please compress large files before attaching.
This issue is a duplicate of #49963.
