Description
I would like to request an upgrade of libuv, potentially using the github PortGroup (the livecheck is broken at the moment).

Usually I prefer proper release tarballs over those auto-generated on GitHub. But in this case, they seem to have identical content, but maybe that changes so I left it at the download location. I updated to 1.8.0 and added a livecheck in r143990.
