libgcc update @5.3.0_0 to @6.1.0_0 Building error when using port selfupdate outdated

I am trying to upgrade the ports outdated in my MacOS 10.10.5 (Xcode 7.2) and it fails in updating libgcc. Here is the error message and the main.log is in attachement.
