Description
The gnutls update in https://trac.macports.org/changeset/148228#file9 for some reason does not install the gnutls-openssl library. Some ports such as gnss-sdr are dead in the water without this library.

I've added --enable-openssl-compatibility to restore that feature. (#51368).
