port installed "volk*" and active

OK; I think I figured out the issue & pushed the fix in r149532. Please do: 

sudo port clean "volk*" "gnuradio*"
sudo port selfupdate
sudo port upgrade outdated

Hopefully this will do the trick.

The following ports are currently installed:
  volk @1.2.2_0+docs+orc (active)

I tried the clean/selfupdate/upgrade outdated as above and it compiled fine. Thanks!
