Installing Latexml, kpswich of mactex not found — at Version 2

Terminal output is: 

sudo port install LaTeXml +mactex
--->  Computing dependencies for LaTeXML
--->  Configuring LaTeXML
Error: I cannot find MacTeX's kpswhich in /usr/texbin; aborting installation
Error: org.macports.configure for port LaTeXML returned: MacTeX not installed
Please see the log file for port LaTeXML for details:
    /opt/local/var/macports/logs/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_tarballs_ports_tex_LaTeXML/LaTeXML/main.log
