Thanks for the notification.

However, I will wait with the update of the port until MacVim catches up and keep them both in sync. That ensures users can expect the same set of plugins to work with both ports.

I added vim @8.0.0002 to my ports tree in r152568 for those who want to get it early.

You do not need my ports tree anymore.
