It looks like the SDRplay Portfile could use a few tweaks: 

$ port lint --nitpick SDRplay
--->  Verifying Portfile for SDRplay
Warning: Line 50 should say "use_configure no" instead of declaring an empty configure phase
Error: Missing required variable: long_description
--->  1 errors and 1 warnings found.
