clang-3.4 3.4.2_12: fails to build on El Capitan

Description

The recent update for clang 3.4 fails to upgrade, it dies with 

:info:build ld: library not found for -ldylib1.o
:info:build clang: error: linker command failed with exit code 1 (use -v to see invocation)
