curl has been updated to version 7.51.0, which includes a number of security fixes: https://curl.haxx.se/changes.html and also addresses #52616

Why are you removing patch-no-autodownload.diff? We still don't want the script to try to download certdata; we want it to use the certdata MacPorts already downloaded.
