Please remember WikiFormatting.

/opt/local/bin/xmlwf should be provided by expat. However, the file already exists on your system and this is unexpected. It might be a leftover from a previous install, did you migrate this MacPorts installation in any way? Did you restore files from a Time Machine backup?
