Inkscape 0.92 Sierra File not found

Description

I was tried to load inscape with 

sudo port load inkscape 

Error: org.macports.load for port inkscape returned: Launchd plist /Library/LaunchDaemons/org.macports.inkscape.plist was not found
Please see the log file for port inkscape for details:
    /opt/local/var/macports/logs/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_tarballs_ports_graphics_inkscape/inkscape/main.log

I tried to clean it, but still nothing

In the future, please Cc the port maintainers (port info --maintainers inkscape), if any.

inkscape is an executable, and does not have a startup item.
