Summary: Inkscape installation error → inkscape @0.92.0: fatal error: 'tr1/functional' file not found

The log you attached is from an incomplete build attempt. It shows that only the build phase was attempted, because the earlier phases were completed before. "Before" could mean a long time ago, perhaps when you were running a different version of macOS, which could explain the build failure. Therefore, please run sudo port clean inkscape, then try again.
