Fails to configure - seemingly a problem related to py27-qscintilla.

Does not appear to be related to #53373/#53231.

Summary: QGIS 2_18_2_2 fails to build on OSX 10.10.5 → QGIS @2_18_2_2: QSCINTILLA_LIBRARY NOTFOUND

The log says the error is:
