Follow-up to #53792.

:info:configure configure: error: can't figure out how to pass count == 1 to /sbin/ping.

I found comment:ticket:28921:4 and went through diverse settings.

Eventually, I temporarily disabled the application firewall's stealth mode and it installed just fine.

The present ticket can be closed.
