upgrade libical to 2.0.0

Description

Please upgrade libical to 2.0.0 -- this is a prerequisite for upgrading claws-mail.

Note that the following ports require a revision bump afterwards to pick up the new ABI for the library: 

comms/gnokii
gnome/evolution-data-server
gnome/gnome-calendar
kde/kdepimlibs4

I have also obsoleted the subport "libical-devel" which was far behind the new revision.
