Keeping this in sync with protobuf3-cpp. Although protobuf3-java @3.4.0
does not compile for me, neither did the previous @3.0.0.

Summary: protobuf3-cpp: update to version 3.3.0 → protobuf3-cpp: update to version 3.4.0

As there was no reaction from the maintainer for months on any of the duplicate tickets, I just updated these ports to current version 3.4.0.

See #54628 for the compilation failure of protobuf3-java.
