The following ports are currently installed:
  gstreamer1-gst-plugins-bad @1.11.1_3+universal (active)

Looks like gstreamer1-gst-plugins-bad depends on gstreamer1-gst-plugins-base, but ​gstreamer1-gst-plugins-base now provides a file/plugin (lib gst raw parse) that used to be provided by gstreamer1-gst-plugins-bad, so the deactivate hack needs to be used.

This fixes activation problems when upgrading from 1.11.x.
