Installing Salt failed with missing file or directory: 

Error: Failed to activate salt: error copying "/opt/local/var/macports/build/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_macports_release_tarballs_ports_sysutils_salt/salt/work/salt-2017.5/conf/minion": no such file or directory
