Meanwhile, Rust is at version 1.19.0 since 2017-07-20. Please update the port accordingly.

Yes, I'm aware of the current Rust version. Unfortunately the build system changed, and it's quite an effort to package the new version correctly.

Latest version is now 1.21.1 which reputedly contains fixes for High Sierra.
