xar-devel tries to pull code from non-existing site

Description

I'm trying to install rpm54, which has xar-devel dependency. xar-devel fails to install because it is trying to pull code from a site that's long out of commission: 

:info:fetch svn: E170013: Unable to connect to a repository at URL 'http://xar.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/xar'
:info:fetch svn: E160013: '/svn/trunk/xar' path not found

Alas, this port has no maintainers
