netcdf looks for wrong hdf5 library after "upgrade outdated"

Description

Error:

dyld: Library not loaded: /opt/local/lib/libhdf5.100.dylib

Referenced from: /opt/local/netcdf/lib/libnetcdf.11.dylib Reason: image not found

In /opt/local/lib there is libhdf5.101.dylib

  • does netcdf need to be fixed to get the new hdf version?

I also tried

  • sudo port -n upgrade --force netcdf
  • sudo port -n upgrade --force hdf5

which didn't help.

Sorry, cancel this please - I was using a different netcdf library (not macports). (I had installed it in /opt/local, then forgotten, which made me think it was a macports library).
