Description

Update docker-compose to 1.14.0

This requires py-docker to be updated as well, per this patch: ​https://trac.macports.org/ticket/54450

There is a patch required that allows compatibility with the newer py-requests port. This is being done in other distros, such as Arch, and in testing doesn't appear to cause problems. Github issue about this: ​https://github.com/docker/compose/issues/4431
