pxsl-tools: verify need for libgcc dependency

Description
I notice that pxsl-tools depends on port:libgcc, which I find unusual. Is this really required?
I can't verify it myself right now because pxsl-tools doesn't build, and is not distributable so no binaries are available that I could check.

Just finished building without libgcc available (via trace mode) and it appears to be okay.
Dependency removed in 0cec745.
