todotxt 2.10: Outdated github account name in Portfile

Description

The port fails to install/upgrade. This happens because the account name on github has been renamed from 'ginatrapani' to 'todotxt', see attached patch.

Ordinarily, such a change would also require updating the checksums and handling it as a stealth update, but that appears to have already been done in [07842f89d6c0021c7d2a38435c3e51e909a26b0d/macports-ports].
