neko is a mess. Currently I can't get @1.8.2 or @2.2.0 to build against apache2 (2.4.x) and mysql57.

It is blocking ​https://trac.macports.org/ticket/58404 and has no dependents.

Is anyone using this? Maybe we discontinue support and should mark neko as obsolete.
