Actually the previous patch (a unified diff) was in the form we prefer. This one is not recognized by Trac. Please restore your previous patchfile.

but If I remove {revision} from unified patch it makes the patch broken, what is the right flags I should use to generate a patch?

revisionline should be deleted because it starts at 0 when increasing the version and that is the default value.
