when i try to update my outdated ports the process show the next error :
Error: Failed to fetch py27-beaker: Connection timed out after 30001 milliseconds

Difficult to say why the connection timed out when you were trying to download py27-beaker.
We are not automatically mirroring distfiles right now; see #53347. I have mirrored the py27-beaker distfile manually and it should show up within an hour. Try again then.
