Description

Similar to #55933 for using MacPorts svn on El Capitan and older, we need to use MacPorts git on Mountain Lion and older, because GitHub has increased their minimum security requirements. 

fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/loadimpact/k6.git/': error:1407742E:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:tlsv1 alert protocol version
