hugo 0.42.1_0: needs build dependency on go

Description

When attempting to build and install the latest hugo package, configure succeeds, but build fails. 

Error: Failed to build hugo: command execution failed

I have attempted to clean and build, with the same result. I'm attaching the log.

It appears I need to have the port go already installed.

hugo: Add go build dependency

And ensure we run MacPorts go, not some other go.
