We do not provide any binaries for macOS Mojave yet; it has not yet been released. You'll have to let MacPorts build the ports from source.

MacPorts was built from source. This happens after building the port.

While installing gobject-introspection by

sudo /opt/local/bin/port install gobject-introspection

the error comes in. If gobject-introspection-1.56.1_1.darwin_18.x86_64.tbz2 for macOS Mojave, is there any workaround of it?

Actually, we're not supposed to discuss prerelease versions of macOS in public places like this issue tracker. See wiki:FAQ#prerelease.
