netgen: add opencascade variant

Description

The netgen port occ variant has a dependency on the oce (Open CASCADE Community Edition) port. This conflicts with opencascade which other ports such as gmsh depend on. Is it possible to add an opencascade variant to netgen?

Modified local portfile to test and it works.
