qt511-qtbase: failed on 10.11 builder

This appears to be the most recent qt511-qtbase build on the 10.11 builder - a failure log for my package (1) directs me there. I don't get what's failing there, though.

The ​package is now available for OS X El Capitan.

Unfortunately, KeePassXC-devel still ​fails to build, but at least it is no longer because of dependencies.

Thanks for rebuilding! BTW, I've fixed KeePassXC-devel on 10.11 in a later commit.
