I've updated the Portfile, but I haven't made a testinstall. The dependecies wanted to bring in a few deps that'd would conflict things I already have (mysql56, p5.28-dbd-mysql, …)

But, I commented out the deps, and staged it up to destroot. I'm sure it's all fine, but I don't want to submit a PR when it's not tested more. I'll put the Portfile here. It “should” be good to go though, if php5-web and sqlgrey installs normal.

php5-web doesn't. I liked the concept of the php5-web port (a port that guarantees a web server with php support is installed) but I did not work out how make that concept compatible with offering multiple php versions in MacPorts. I filed #61016 with some ideas.
