py-shiboken will not build unless it is manually configured to build with gcc version greater than 4.2. .

Can you attach a main.log showing what the problem is, please? Since some time has passed since you filed this ticket, please sudo port selfupdate and sudo port upgrade outdated first to make sure everything else is up to date.
