`port fetch qt5-qtbase` does not fetch distfiles on macOS 10.15

Description

How can I fetch the qt5-qtbase distfiles? See the commands below. However, I can successfully port -vs install qt5

% port installed qt5

Maybe lead with that. The port does lots of fiddling based on the OS version.
