In 30467d225b8d59c8c38b7bfeb971663a14c424f8/macports-ports (master):

ldns: update to 1.7.1

• Merge ldns-tools and drill into ldns as upstream no longer ships them as standalone packages in 1.7.1
• Fix building with OpenSSL 1.1
