In 8a012ebb9812bf1e16ea507d622f5bde5ddeba7f/macports-ports (master):

hydra: switch to openssl 1.0

hydra appears to support OpenSSL 1.1 since version 8.3 [1]. However,
heavy patching to the build system in this port makes upgrading
difficult. I'd not put that many efforts into a nomaintainer port.

Also fixes source URLs. URL redirections at the main site does not work.
