gtk3 fails on 10.10 when building gdkwindow-quartz.c with undeclared identifiers

Description

Trying to upgrade gdk3 from @3.22.30_1+quartz to @3.24.12+quartz fails. Log attached.

While I don't see a formal fix committed, perhaps this was fixed by upstream. (Or simply not called out in the fall 2019 commit messages.)

Regardless, gtk3 builds and works properly on 10.10 - both X11 and Quartz - so this is no longer an issue.
