I think it is a proxy problem vip-proxy-et.iosb.faunhofer.de:3128

There's not a lot we can do if it's not possible to fetch files via HTTP from your network. You might need to set the http_proxy environment variable or otherwise configure MacPorts to use your proxy in macports.conf.

Hello,

the icu is not on

http://aarnet.au.distfiles.macports.org/pub/macports/distfiles/

that cause the problem.

Yes it is. At least it is now. Our mirrors sync on different schedules. It may not have been there when you tried. That alone would not have caused a problem, since as you can see MacPorts tries to download from another server if one fails. The problem in your case is that it failed to download from any server, including all our mirrors and the project's master server (GitHub). That's probably a problem with your network or your computer (firewall or security software?). If you attach the main.log file, maybe it will help us further diagnose the problem, but it's likely something you'll have to fix yourself, possibly in coordination with your network administrator. Or if you need to use a proxy to reach the internet, then perhaps you haven't configured your Mac to use that properly, either in the macOS network settings in System Preferences or else in macports.conf.
