py27-cython: fetch fails

this is caused by a wrong distname it should be Cython-${version} instead of ${python.rootname}-${version}; of course I could make that change now. But, with the last update the version was intentionally pinned at 0.29.13 for Python < 35; is there a reason for that stromnov? From the changelog and the setup.py I don't see any indications that version 0.29.14 does not support PY27 or PY34 anymore.
