rarian no longer distributable

Description

rarian-0.8.1_2.darwin_10.i386.tbz is on our distributable packages server. But now MacPorts thinks it's not distributable anymore:

"rarian" is not distributable because its license "gpl" conflicts with license "OpenSSL" of dependency "openssl"

The rarian port hasn't been updated in about 3 years. Rarian does not declare a dependency on openssl or link with its libraries.

I suspect this has to do with our switchover to libc++ and the new compiler chain having a dependency on openssl in it somewhere. But I don't believe that should affect the distributability of rarian or the probably countless other ports in a similar situation. I don't know where in the chain to inform MacPorts of this so that all ports are fixed.
